New York Agricultural Land Trust

New York Agricultural Land Trust partners with the community to protect working farmland and connect future generations to the land in Central New York. Since 2006, New York Agricultural Land Trust has conserved more than 7,800 acres of critical farmland helping to bolster the vibrant agricultural economy of Central New York.

As a Regional Navigator, New York Agricultural Land Trust will provide outreach to established farmer groups and agricultural professionals on topics related to accessing and transferring farmland by conducting small group workshops throughout the year. In addition to assisting farmers searching for land and farmland owners with navigating the Farmland for a New Generation New York website, New York Agricultural Land Trust will establish and maintain a comprehensive resource of local service providers experienced in farmland transition assistance.
