113 total acres with about 60 currently open on a quite country road. Property is about 30 miles south of Albany and just 20 miles from Cobleskill College. Right near the Albany/Greene County border. Property has been leased in recent years by a non-farmer. In the past it was used for hay and livestock, but has not been used in a number of years. Fields would require some work in order to be hayed again, but could easily be fenced in and grazed now. There is also a small apple orchard on site that could be revitalized. Barns and land will be available for lease only got agricultural purposes. Owner is open to any type of production.
