This 81-acre farm in Alden, NY comes complete with all land, buildings and a house. Equipment for haying and gardening is being sold separately.

The farm has approximately 50 acres of pasture and cropland with productive soils. The remainder is wooded with a mix of conifers and broad-leaf trees, including maple. The last timber harvest was in the 1980s.

The property was a dairy farm when the current owner purchased it to raise sheep, pigs, chickens, and vegetables. It is currently used to grow vegetables and is hayed for income. Barn space and pasture were leased to a meat goat farmer until spring 2021. Synthetic chemicals and fertilizers have not been used on the property since the current owner acquired it in the 1980s.
