Condition & Current Use
Newly started organic (non-certified) flower farm in Westchester County growing for our own retail and CSA, as well as selling to local florists, event planners, etc. We also grow seasonal potted annuals and perennials for custom grow, wholesale to gardeners and retailers, including our own retail.
Farm History & Past Use
Former softball field and wooded lot belonging to the neighboring church. Property was subdivided 10+ years ago to sell the church independent of this piece of land. Was used as an organic community garden for several years while for sale.
Ideal situation is we are looking for someone interested in helping us farm this land either as an employee or possibly partnering with us.
