Property is totally set up and ready for horses! Previously a hunter jumper trainer used the facility. While it is set up for horses, it could be used for other livestock. There was a farm animal sanctuary that used the facility as a layover spot. They had everything chickens, sheep, goats, pigs, and cattle. Landowner would welcome any animals to the property. She does have a few of her own horses on the land as well.

Office with bathroom. Large barn that is currently used for storage of equipment. In the past it had some portable stalls set up in it to accommodate more horses. Also has poultry and pigs housed in previously. 

Farmer Housing

Ground floor studio apartment available for rent currently. There are other houses on the property occupied by the landowner and other renters. One cottage does have a lease that ends in a few months if larger housing than the studio apartment was needed.

Property has a conservation easement that is held by the Dutchess Land Conservancy. The land also is qualified for the ag exemption currently.
