Condition & Current Use

I have a really interesting project in New York with raw land.

Update: do you have Goats and need a home for them? A land to graze? If so we are looking for someone to raise their goats on our land. We will invest in a barn and fencing for the project. The goal is to eventually have a mobile goat grazing company.

Wishlist:
Goats, alpaca, chickens and bee hives

Goal:
To produce produce to local restaurant
Steaward Land
Produce, lettuce. Tomatoes.. etc.

Ideas!!

Looking for:

An independent farmer who has experience. The land was neglected and basically abandoned over the last 40 years. There is super potential here to have a thriving farm. In addition to the opportunity to have experiences such as educational dinners, a farm stand/store branding opportunities and so many other magical opportunities awaiting.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
