The farm
34 acre homestead, 20 x 48 greenhouse, 14 x 50 caterpillar tunnel with skin, 3 bay barn, small cooler built from a shed, tractor, plenty of hand tools, and more. The biggest challenge is the location - which has been mostly dairy farms, so no real hands on labor for a small mixed vegetable farms. The second challenge is markets, although improving. There are farmers markets in: Hamilton, Binghamton, Vestal. There are also restaurants and the local community is supportive of small farmers. Housing needs to be worked out. We have a two bedroom house, but are willing to consider to place a camper, or some type of small housing on the property. Creek on side of property, but access is limited.

Farm History & Past Use
It was originally a 200 acre dairy farm. The section we own is close to 35 acres - rolling land mostly, but some flat area. The prior owner before us grew a market garden and had chickens. We grew mixed vegetables in a market garden from .5 to 1 acres. No pesticides on the property far as we are aware.
