Condition & Current Use

126 acres of land divided over 3 adjacent parcels. Mostly forest, large wetland area and a large meadow. The meadow is approximately 6 or 7 acres and is brush hogged once per year. Two houses on the property, a small fruit tree orchard and vegetable garden. A rare large cedar grove.

Soil Types

BnC, BOD, Cc, MgB, VoB

Farm History & Past Use

Very limited information. I was told the land was a turkey farm at some point. It borders a rail trail, and I was told the forest has evidence of fires (a long time ago). The (converted) barn is from the late 1800's, and there is an old farm house foundation from the same time.
