Condition & Current Use
Property used to be actively farmed up until about 5 years ago. Most of the property is currently unused. Landowners utilize a section of the property for a home garden and for their personal animals. Property is split in two halves by a creek. One side of the property has the landowners house and about 3 acres of fenced in pasture. The other side is about half wooded and half open acreage that has not been mowed in about 4 years. Would likely need to be tilled before use.

Farm Infrastructure
Fencing
There are 3 acres fenced. We do have a pet cow, pet sheep, and a pig on it right now. Looks like goat fencing but we are repairing it all the time.
Water Access
We are on town water so any water usage from the barn or house would have to be paid for. We can make an arrangement for this. There is also a creek that runs through the middle of the property.
Additional Property Information
Prefer no or very low chemcial usage.
