Condition & Current Use

Existing flower farm interested in partnering with a farmer/business partner with 5+ years of experience growing specialty cut flowers.  What I have to offer: land, infrastructure, beds, tunnels, knowledge and experience of growing on this land and a robust business.

Currently 1/2 in annual and 1/2 in perennial production.  Total production acreage approximately 4 acres.

Sandy Loam

Farm History & Past Use

Flower production for 4 years.  Previously (about 25+ years ago and back, there were cows)

Livestock / Crops Description

I would like for the first year to be focused on the flower business.  If, after learning it, you want to add livestock or veggies, that is fine.  But year 1 is flowers only, since that is our main business.  Once that is under good stewardship, I am open (and encourage) additional ventures.
