Condition & Current Use

The property is residential and about 3 acres is currently open around the house. Some of which is landscaped. We would like about an acre of this to be used for farming, although we are somewhat flexible with the exact acreage that can be used. An additional 25 acres is wooded and a portion of it could potentially be used. Currently there are some goats on property that are clearing out invasive plants and doing some mowing.
