Condition & Current Use

Our farm consists of 34 total acres with an 8 acre farmstead with a farmhouse, barn, mixed vegetable garden, fruit and nut trees and bushes and a natural grazing area for our nesting turkeys. Our farm includes a 9 acre hay field for livestock grazing and hay production as well as a 14 acre old apple orchard/forest. We are currently raising heritage turkeys, chickens, guinea fowl and Great Pyrenees as livestock guardians. This is our 4th year keeping honeybees year round on our farmstead. Pryor to our devastating barn fire we raised dairy goats who worked alongside us clearing brush in our 60 year old apple orchard. We have tons of experience utilizing goat milk in making several cheeses, yogurt, kefir, caramels, soaps and lotions. Because of our large social media following we have no problem selling out of everything and anything we bring to market but I need help. You can see more about our farm on our website www.TheDancingFarm.com or follow us on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Soil Types

Mohawk 40%, Lima 30%, Appleton 9%, Honeoye 9%, Nunda 5%, Lyons 2%.

Farm History & Past Use

We are an organic farm that uses permaculture design and regenerative farming practices to grow our fruits and vegetables and raise our livestock. Before purchasing the farm in 2016 the previous owners only harvested hay from the 9 acre hay field. The rest of the property was not used and became a natural woodland.
