Looking for a farmer to operate the land for free for the first year, with the option for a longer term lease at low cost.  Just want to keep the farm occupied since the loss of our grandfather this January who had farmed the land.  Just help pay for any electricity and regular maintenance on any equipment you use and we can discuss a long term lease if your operation is a money-making enterprise, or a free lease for a non-profit organization.
