The property has not been used for farming for a number of years. There is a barn, a vetinarian's office, a 3 bedroom house, and a storage shed. There are conservation restrictions on the property but it can be used for animal husbandry or agricultural farming. It is next door to Camp Olmsted.

Property could be sold. It is conserved by Scenic Hudson and has restrictions so that it can only be used for agriculture and animal husbandry. New assessment will be done soon to determine sale price. Open to leasing the land to a farmer who could use the land to it's full potential.

There is already a right of access for trails to Storm King Mountain. This is maintained by Scenic Hudson.
