Property could be sold. It is conserved by Scenic Hudson and has restrictions so that it can only be used for agriculture and animal husbandry. New assessment will be done soon to determine sale price. Open to leasing the land to a farmer who could use the land to it's full potential.

There is already a right of access for trails to Storm King Mountain. This is maintained by Scenic Hudson.
