We currently grow corn, alfalfa and triticale for dairy forages. Have 600 cows and 400 youngstock. Two partners managing the day to day operations with 10 employees.

Fa-Ba Farms was established in the 1930’s by the Knopf family. It is has modernized and grown over time to our current well balanced size. I joined the dairy 20 years ago and I am looking to develop a key team member/future successor as my partner phases out of the business.
Tenure Options
We open to discussing a variety of options. Initially we are looking for someone to develop in a key management role in either the crop management or herd management sides of the business. Ideal candidate would be someone who has a desire to lead and run a farm business. We are willing to teach additional skills that would be integral to operating the farm. Desire to be a leader is a key trait.
