Livestock / Crops Description

The land has been hayed most recently. Some acreage is fallow. The farmer needs to be organic and use regenerative farming methods. The landowner farms on the property as well and is organic. Hay or rotational grazing of livestock could be well suited for this property. The farmer should be prepared to present a business plan to the landowner.
