Our plans for the property are not firmly established, however we are interested in agricultural-tourism, but are willing to consider a wide range of possibilitities/suggestions. Small scale farming is our expectation, with an emphasis on organic production and quality instead of quantity. We are especially interested in small scale live stock, pre-industrial farming methods (horse-powered), and horse boarding or horse-centered utilization, including the possibility of riding schools and trail riding.
