Approximately 26 acres is currently leased by a dairy farmer for cow pasture and 12 acres for hay production. Outside of this use, there are about 5 poorly drained acres in need of rehabilitation and reconditioning where I'd like to see crops. This would be a start, with the possibility of extending the acreage in the future.
