Tenure Options

For Lease Farm Management Cooperative Model

Negotiable. I have never farmed myself. I would be willing to give a new or beginning farmer the opportunity to use the land. Probably will start with traditional one year lease, with option to extend. Other option is to hire farmer on wages to grow crops.

Do you require a farmer who qualifies for agricultural assessment?

No

Production Preferences

Livestock / Crops Description
