Condition & Current Use

We Homestead and commercially produce Shiitake Mushrooms. we have a well built pasture with goats and have experimented with rotational grazing goats on parts of the property with a shrubby underbrush component. As we have built the farm we have placed an emphasis on having the high traffic and commonly visited things close to the house with the Zone approach of permaculture design, for example the green house and gardens as well as tool shed, beyond the grape arbor and Chicken Coop/Duck Barn is a Goat pasture...

On site water resources are plentiful and we have developed gravity fed water systems for most areas, ideal for low pressure drip.
