Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):
The property is currently used for sheep grazing, hay production, firewood and maple syrup production. We currently also graze our sheep on neighboring property which may be available to the farmer.

We have lived on the farm for 18 years. We have raised sheep and goats for home consumption for most of the time we have been here. For the last five years we have raised sheep on a small commercial basis.

Two paddocks with permanent fencing, approximately five acres, the remainder of the open land has been grazed rotationally using temporary netting type fencing. Approximately ten rolls of netting would be available for the farmer to use.

25X40 two story barn with lambing pens, loft for hay storage, and hay elevator
Farmer housing description:
Possible rental house available. The house is a small ten-year old two beroom home located on the farm.

looking to provide an opportunity for a landless farmer to establish a farming operation. I have raised sheep for 40+ years and would be available to assist. Terms of the lease would be developed cooperatively.
