Condition & Current Use

Property is a total of 3 parcels. The largest 10 acre parcel has the home and most of the 3 board pastures. Part of this property is already leased to someone for their personal horses and goats. The home is not available and is used by the landowner.

There are four paddocks available for use. There is 4-acres of woods, which can be cleared and paddocked, which is negotiable with the farmer (have an estimate to be cleared). There is also a 3-acre area, which is cleared and can be paddocked, which is also negotiable. We also have a detached garage available for use.

We are open to creative arrangements and exploring opportunities. In the future we would like to qualify the property for the ag assessment.

Do you require a farmer who qualifies for agricultural assessment?

Production Preferences

Livestock / Crops Description

Flexible on the type of production that happens on the property. Do prefer organic methods or no chemicals for crop production as we want to protect the fresh water on the property. There is not any shelters in the remaining paddocks so we would have to discuss options for livestock. Maybe something portable or run in sheds could be established.
