Property Description
Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):
Farm has two small unattended fruit orchards with apples, peaches, and pears. There is an empty 1 acre field that was used for pasture. We currently have four goats and chickens that do not occupy that field regularly. This would be perfect for a market garden or restaurant partnership.
The field is filled with rocks, but the soil looks good. There is a well on the property, as well a pond that can be used for irrigation. There is electricity going back to the field via owner owned poles, but electricity is not connected to meter yet.

Description of tenure options:
My wife and I live on the property. We have two tenants that are under agreement to exchange labor. We would be perfect farm managers for the right company. Open to a 1-5 year lease. No purchase option. My family and I hope to be here for a very long time. Seeking a farmer or creative partner to help revitalize a portion of the property that has been used as pasture for decades. Need rocks removed and soil amendments made. We do have a business plan for this property, but no budget for it.

We will want to ensure safe distancing and prevent overcrowding, but generally would love to share our space with visitors.

Are you willing to have the public on the property as a part of the farm business?:
