Livestock / Crops Description

Any type of livestock & crops are allowed. Cattle (long horn-jersey etc), swine, goats, sheep, poultry etc. Everything permited. Same with Crops. There are some irriagation sprinklers that were installed over a large field behind house #2 when the spring lines were installed (4-6 feet under ground). No chemicals were ever used on the property. The previous owner did not do much planting- only on the upper fields- watermelon & other fruits (he was a hunter). We just had a small area for crops- nothing too big. Things did grow well. Many Apple trees on the property. We planted many trees & everything grew.

Additional Information About This Property

Absolutly a beautiful piece of property. This has everything you could ever want on a piece of property. Very fun to explore. I have found many things on this property from old 1950's car, part of a jeep, Campsites from the 1950's maybe before or after. Rock fireplaces in the middle of the woods. Historical things.
