Livestock / Crops Description

There are bees in the property and we would love to start beekeeping. There are also some oaks and pine trees that might be able to be inoculated with truffle spores, and we would like to give that a try.

Equipment

We have a tiller, wood-chipper, and a few essentials, like shovels, chainsaws, carts, etc.

Fencing

Only the raised bed area is fenced but we are open to installing more fences if they are needed. There are two large areas that should be reasonably easy to enclose with fences.

Water Access

There is a brook that runs through all but one of the areas. Most areas could be connected to the town water and there are plenty of opportunities to capture water from the stream. We are open to installing infrastructure to capture water if needed as well.

Barns for Equipment/Storage

There is a barn with some empty horse stalls that can be used as a storage area.
