Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):

The property is a mixture of north facing wood, overgrown wetland with black dirt and some fields- mostly overgrown. We currently live on the property with our two horses, dog and goat. We had intended on farming the land with hops and forest crops but never got around to it. We would like to find a farmer for a long-term lease that can utilize the land and has a similar vision. Permaculture, no-till, forest-farming and companion planting are all of interest. We have pond access, solar hook-up that can extend to electric fencing for deer, water spigot and two streams, a small tractor and assorted farm equipment. 

Farm history / past uses of the property:

There are old apple trees that were part of an old orchard and this was farmed as a strawberry patch many years ago.
