20-30 acres of high tensile electric in good/excellent condition. Installed around 2020.

3 wells, one artesian with high flow. Others around 8 gpm. Pipes to pasture are not functional. Livestock also drink from creek.

Barns for Equipment/Storage

Free stall barn with heifers, upright silos. Bunk feeder. 70 stalls. Hasn't been used in a while.

Barn with piped water.

Tool shed/shop. Two other storage buildings.

All in fair/good condition - frames and roofs are in good shape, except one storage barn.
