Tenure Options

Tenure options:

Farm Management, Partnership

Description of tenure options:

I am looking for partners in permaculture. What would it take to make this a beautiul permaculture farm that can build a community of like-minded permies and create income for all? The farm is in the design stage for a restoration agriculture framework and can sustain many enterprises. My initial priority is to get a grazing operation going for fertility improvement and cash generation. I am open to various arrangements and ideally would be interested in a partnership, where I can provide the initial capital for the animals, temporary fencing, water and the grazing fields, etc., and a grazer will be responsible with running the operation and marketing.
However, if other permies are interested in various other enterprises below pls send an email:
Mushrooms, cut flowers and/or herbs, compost/vermicompost, annual market garden, Christmas trees, chickens and pigs.
The land is beautiful and the sky is the limit. Use your imagination.
