Condition & Current Use

I have a 65 acre plot of land on the border of Ithaca and Dryden. We operate Ithaca Maple Works which is on the property. The Sugarbush takes up approximately 20 acres. We have an additional 12 acres of mostly fenced pasture. The remainder is wooded forest. I have an 85 hp tractor and various implements that are available with this land. Although we will continue the Maple operation, we’re looking for farmers that are interested in the other portion of the property. We would welcome vegetable farmers, orchard or berry farmers, and possibly sheep. Mushrooms would also work. We're especially interested in establishing a mutually beneficial business relationship with a farmer who wants to partner with us on this land. No current farmer housing, but we're open to ideas. Agricultores hispanohablantes bienvenidos.
