We have built a greenhouse, installed an in-ground cistern that holds 1700 gallons of rain water and mechanical pumps for the cistern as well as well water.  We have a second well and pump which can serve the back portion of the land.  There are around 7 acres clear

The property is completely private.  Road access is up a narrow gravel road.  The land is picturesque with mountain views and we would like to capitalze on this with agritourism.
