Condition & Current Use

Land is currently open and not being used for farming purposes. It is relatively flat land that is mostly open, but with some shrubs and small trees. Open to the land being brush hogged, mowed, and cleared more for it to be able to be used. Some of the property is marsh or wetlands that the incoming farmer would have to be aware of. We would require the incoming farmer to be mindful of the wetlands and not use any harmful chemicals or farming practices to this ecosystem.
