No equipment is included in the sale package.
A package of property maintenance equipment is available to the buyer. It includes a NH Boomer 46 utility tractor; NH bush hog; Woods 3 pt mower; Ferris zero turn mower; Airens walk-behind snow blower; 7 foot 3 pt snow blower for tractor; DR brush/field mower; EGO elec lawn mower.
Main pasture is enclosed with high tensile, electrified fence (5 wire). Multiple options for enclosing adjacent fields for pasture after hay harvest which is what I do. Many pieces of temp fencing are included in the sale package.
The house gets water from a 170 ft well. Main barn has a hydrant access to a 500 gallon tank of gravity fed water from a building lot I used to own. That water has been adequate for sheep and for the veg garden.
