Organic grass fed shipping to Maple Hill. Rotational grazing system with water to paddocks. Tie stall. Older Dutch barn, with addition. Water is from a 40 gallon per minute drilled well in gray limestone, no sulfer or salt. Currently renting additional hay ground, and more land is available within a mile of the main farm. This is not a show place, but has potential for a motivated younger family.
Farm history / past uses of the property:
Been in my family since 1949. I would like to research the history of the main farm , as i have heard it was a stagecoach stop, horse racing location, and dance hall. The family that the road is named after, the Krings, lived here.
My parents purchased it as an operating stocked and equiped dairy.
