The property is a mix of cropland, forested areas, and wetland associated with the Nipmoose Brook. There is a small amount of frontage on Hunt Road providing access to the fields. The cropland has been leased to a local dairy farmer for many years. There are no structures on the property.

The Nipmoose Brook passes through the property. It is classified a class C(T) stream by NYS DEC. There are approximately 43 acres of freshwater forested and freshwater emergent wetlands associated with the Nipmoose Brook. The 2014 aerial map show a 2.3 acre pond along the stream.
