The majority of the property has a slight grade with a few flat areas.This parcel used to be part of a larger farm many many years ago. The current owner lives on the property and wants to see it put to good use by a creative and energetic farmer.

Maya is open to a variety of options and is willing to work with a farmer on determining the best fit for the property. She ideally would arrange a lease, but wants to have a partnership aspect built in.

The owner is not opposed to conventional farming, but doesn't want heavy chemical use on the property. She is aware that organic farming is very popular in her area (Westchester County).
