I currently own (since 2003) my childhood home (40.5-acre farm) which is a 3 bedroom farmhouse, 25x35 2 story barn, The house also includes a studio apartment 550 sq ft. which I have not decided will be owner-occupied or Air BNB the 3 bedroom home. The 3 bedroom home is currently under renovation and should be complete within a few months (worst case scenario end of year) Equipment: On-site is an older Ford 8n tractor for your use. I am willing to purchase large hoop greenhouses, topsoil install water well to the right person. Open field may be used for livestock, however, I would have to build a structure for their keeping. House and barn have natural gas heat (Natural gas well on the property) I wish to see that the property is restored to a working farm. Please contact me if interested.
