Currently operating a fiber farm. We have a farm store on the property and also host farm tours. We are ideally looking to connect with farmers interested in fiber production to continue the operation and transition to in the future. Property is split into 2 tax parcels. One with the home, one with the farm (has an ag easement on it), and another 2 acre building parcel. 2 barns (one for livestock and one for storage), a farm store with workshop, and the home. Property also has solar arrays that take care of most of the energy for the home and cover most for the barns (winters sometimes run low). Some land is fenced for goat pasture. Trees are being planted throughout for silvapasture.
Also have 3 Campsites.
