VERY diversified.  i am a cheese maker with licensed creamery -store on site.  14 dairy cows, 90 dairy goats, 85 sheep (lambing now) big flock of chickens.  have started logging a few trees.  Big shale on property, huge room for potential.  the farm is beautiful and we keep it clean. driving in the driveway, the farm presents itself very nicely.  all the foundation is in place for good marketing.


Farm history / past uses of the property:

established in the late 1700s.  past owners farmed with horses.  The property was bought in 84 by an artist and allowed to go natural... We bought in 2014 and in process of reclaiming some natural.  animals had not been on the property since the mid 70s.

ideally looking for someone that is looking for partnership.  I had a very strong happy team and...they got pregnant. which we are thrilled about but they are italian so moved home...here I am with 400 acres haha!  We haver established markets, live in a very farmy, farm friendly neighborhoor and all the neighbors are rooting for us and encouraging and supporting.  We are open to types of collaboration.  leasing some land, partnering in current projects, partnering in new projects.
