Vegetables, Fruits, Ornamentals, Hay

Types of livestock permitted on the property:

Cattle - Beef, Goats/Sheep, Poultry

Livestock/crops description :

We have raised free range cattle, goats, sheep and chickens on the property. The soil is a bit sandy which has been great for drainage but seems better suited for the rotation grazing of smaller animals (goats, sheep and chickens). They were less of an impact and enabled us to reserve a field for making our own hay. The fields have clover, timothy, june grass and seem to be edible for all the livestock.

Description of tenure options:

We need the revenue from the sale of the farm to finance our next living situation so this transaction would be a sale.

Any additional information about this property:

This property has a stunning view of Whiteface Mountain which adds to it's charm. It is also and ideal exposure for solar. We have been pretty successful with raising honey bees on the property as well.
