We're looking to partner with a farmer who can manage an 85 acre farm and estate.
75 Acres of Timber Woodland (currently mature)
7 Acres of cleaer cut undeveloped farmland (ready to start planting or grazing in Spring 2020)
3 Acre adjoining estate with Farm House
At this time there is no infrastructure on the property, and we are looking to:
Recevelop the existing 200 year old property and preserve it for agriculture use
Build out a barn with infastruture and potential on site housing
We are seeking arrangement with an experienced farmer (3 to 5 season) or couple who has management experience and is looking to start their own business or parter with us to manage ours.
Minimum 3 year term available.
