Cornell Ext. lists this as "Prime Agricultural Land". We want to lease this acreage for agricultural use. It is currently a cleared area, surrounded by forestry and on a slight slope. This property is mostly forested, but the 6 acres that are offered for lease are cleared. Previously this property was a part of a much larger farm and the current owner would like to see it returned to agriculture. At this time there is no infrastructure on the property, but the owners are looking to build an access road as well as run water and electric to this location. They are also willing to work with the perspective farmer to implement what infrastructure they need to run their business. They would like to make an arrangement with an experienced farmer (3 to 5 season) who has some management experience and is looking to start their own business.
