30 acres of farmland available with a rich agricultural history. Most recently the property has been used for lettuce and greens production. The 30 acres is tillable and currently in cover crops. There is some additional acreage along the road front that could be offered to a farmer if needed.

This property has been a farm for generations. It was a potato farm until the 80s when the farm diversified and started producing alfalfa and hay. It then was used as sod farm for a number of years and in most recent years it has been used for vegetables.

No preferences on what can be done with the property. We only require that cover crops are used and that the farming done on the property doesn't damage it or hindered its ability to be farmed in the future.
The property comes with a well head but no motor. Use of the well and maintenance of it while under the lease would be the responsibility of the renter.

We are agriculture zoned and the county owns our development rights. So their conditions must be met in terms of agricultural usage.
