Condition & Current Use

We are looking for the right tenant to lease our barn with ~3 acres pasture for equine or fiber animals. No meat production. Paved driveway for vehicle access to the front of the barn. The property was designed and used by the previous owner for horses, but could be used for other livestock (goats, sheep, alpaca etc.). The fencing is in need of some repair, which owner will fix according to tenant's needs as a condition of commencement of the lease. A stream runs through the property separating the pasture into two areas. The area on the far side of the stream is on a slope. Paddocks and pasture shaded with cedar and maple trees (No red maple or other trees toxic to horses).  There is a large detached garage at the front of the property that could be added to the lease for additional equipment storage if needed. There is also a chicken coop, which is in disrepair but structurally solid; we would consider investing in rehabilitating it for the right tenant. Convenient location in lower Hudson Valley less than 2 hours from NYC. Less than 10 minutes from CCE Tilly Foster Farm.

Running hot and cold water to barn. Well fed.
