Condition & Current Use

Property is pretty flat with almost thirty (30) open acres and the rest is wooded or wetlands. Located not to farm from the new windmill project. Landowner lives onsite, but the property is big enough for us to share. Part of the property has been brush hogged, but land has not been recently used. 

Soil Types

Morris channery silt loam (MtB & MtC) and Wellsboro channery silt loam (CuC). Both are soils of statewide importance for farming. See attached soil map for more details.
