Nick is looking for a farmer who is can qualify him for the Westchester County Agricultural Assessment. Getting the ag assessment is his main goal for the property. Nick is open to converting the open areas on his property into productive farm fields. The property was previously part of a much larger estate, but has been subdivided over the years. Nick wants to prevent having to subdivide it further by investing in making the open area suitable for agriculture. This property has barns and sheds for storage. It also has water and electricity that Nick says they would be willing to improve and expand for the right farmer.
