Tenure Options
Owner is looking for someone to maintain the orchard (annual pruning, mowing, etc) and harvest the fruit (for use by the farmer). There is no cost for this, but the owner would like someone who can commitment to taking good care of this orchard for the long term (5+ years). The owner does not want to lease the land and would like to continue having access to the orchard for walking in and enjoying.
