Production Preferences

Livestock / Crops Description

Prefer crops but will entertain many farm use plans. Incoming farmer must be able to maintain the agricultural assessment and the organic certification on the land. If livestock is going to be on the property we prefer it is pasture raised and that regenerative practices are used. There are some fields with some brush and shrubs that would be great browsing for goats. No pigs would be allowed.
