There has previously been swine, various poultry, bees, and horses on the property. No chemicals ever used on the property. Any livestock can be raised on the property. 

Any type of crops can be grown. 

There are several other income opportunities available on this property. There is of course the tree farm- First cutting will be done in 2025- when the DEC will give the official notice of how much can be cut. A new management plan will then be established. I think the property went into the forestry program in 2010 & 2025 will be the first cut.

There is a field stone quarry that can be developed. 

You can sell firewood. Big need in the area as many heat with wood. 

You can sell Hay, maple syrup
