We’re looking for an ambitious, small-scale farmer interested in biodynamic, regenerative agriculture to rent our land and barn in Woodstock, NY. It was originally configured as a horse barn with 6 stalls, horse shower, and several electrified paddocks. However, we are open to any plant or animal operation that follows regenerative and sustainable principles. The barn has street access and the paddocks abut a wooded area. The land is conveniently located between Woodstock and Kingston, in the Zena area. We’re open to many arrangements, but the proposed activity must qualify for an agricultural exemption.
