Condition & Current Use

The property is really well set-up as we are in our 10th year of business. We are a farm-to-table wedding venue that specializes in small-batch wine and beer. There is about an acre of raised garden beds and 2 acres of 250 ft. row crops of which the previous farm manager has been building and nourishing the soil. There's also about 5 acres of vineyard and we'll be planting hops in the spring.

Soil Types

Most of the property is clay with large rocks, but we have good soil where we grow veggies, fruits, and vineyards.

Farm History & Past Use

The property was a dairy farm for the Christian Brothers thru the 1980's until a gentlemen from Long Island came up and with the help of some friends, planted a few acres of vineyards and turned the barn into an event space. By 2012 everything had become kind over-grown and in need of some love. We breathed new life into the property and we are so happy with what it has become.
